Directions: 19850 Camino del Oro (Do not use Google Maps – you will dead end at mitigation pit)
From Crestone, go out “T” Road, turn right at POA sign, go past driveway, turn left at Funeral Pyre, follow this road until it dead ends at yellow sign. Go through entrance gate and follow signs to volunteer check-in.
Sundays at the Energy Fair site In preparation for the 32nd Annual Crestone Energy Fair, we will be hosting Community Volunteer Days on Sundays. Some of the projects we will be working on: building infrastructure, Earth Art project, raking cactus/pulling tumbleweeds, building Kids area, Kitchen area, AV Booth decorating, painting signs…and so much more!
WHAT: Community Volunteer Days
WHEN: Sundays July 11, 18, 25 & August 1, 8, 15 & 22
TIME: Noon-5PM Work projects; 5-8PM Networking & Potluck/BYOB

32nd Annual Crestone Energy Fair – August 28 & 29
As we prepare for the 32nd annual Energy Fair on August 28th & 29th, we’re looking for your participation in creating this amazing community event. In addition to our last 2 Sunday volunteer days, we are looking for help the week of and throughout the event. If you’re interested in volunteering this year, please sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information.

Dates & Times:
Event Set-up (Friday, August 27th) 10am-6pm
Crestone Energy Fair (Saturday, August 28th) 9am-10pm
Crestone Energy Fair (Sunday, August 29th) 9am-10pm
Event Clean-up & Tear Down (August 30th) 10am- 4pm
*Shifts are generally two hours in length depending on the position.
We’re looking to fulfill roles in these areas:
- Supplies Runner (needs to have access to a truck & trailer)
- Parking Coordinators
- Volunteer Check-in
- Vendor Check-in
- Main & side stage coordinators/runners
- Kids Area
- Main Gate Registration
- Green Room Attendants
- General “Runner”
- Kitchen Staff
- Restroom Attendants
- Kids Area
*Specific assignments & relevant volunteer information will be sent out via email a week or two prior to the event. This event couldn’t happen without our wonderful volunteers. Thank you for your participation & dedication to the cause, it’s greatly appreciated!
